Meet Iqra Kapadwala, LMHC-D, CCMHC

Hi, I’m Iqra Kapadwala, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Zen Therapy. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and clarity.
